Members Vote YES to Industrial Action

Dear Member,

Over the weekend, APA (NSW) members voted almost unanimously in favour of Paramedics refusing staff movements for 24 hours, on 17 February 2022.

This is huge.

This industrial action puts our safety first. This industrial action will also be disruptive. You may receive pressure from senior management to cross the picket line. Stay strong.

When we stand together, they have to hear our demands. 1500 more paramedics. A real pay rise. Invest in specialist programs and referral networks.

Make sure to chalk your vehicles to support this action. Let the public know what’s happening.

In solidarity,

APA (NSW) Executive
