Dear members,
Congratulations on a hard-fought campaign to put wages and our working conditions at front and centre of voters minds.
Real movement on our wages must be the first act of reform of the Minns Government.
As for next steps - the union is you, and you are the union. You determine our next steps.
Shortly, a survey will be sent out on how you want us to approach the first few weeks and months of the Minns Government.
One thing’s for sure - our job is to hold the Government to account and demand real action.

The Government continues to ignore Paramedics demands for healthcare reform, and a real pay rise. It is clear we need to take further action.
